1.香港。2017年香港进口瓷砖1.13亿美元。其中，从中国大陆进口瓷砖价值4160万美元，占总进口价值的37%。从意大利进口瓷砖价值达4890万美元，从西班牙进口价值为820万美元。预计2018年香港从中国大陆进口瓷砖价值为5370万美元，从意大利进口瓷砖价值达4930万美元。

hongkong. in 2017, hong kong has imported113 million usd worth of tiles, thereof, 42 million from mainland china, at 37% of the total import, and 49 million fromitaly and 8.2 mio from spain. it’sestimated that in 2018, the imported tiles from mainland china will be lessthan 54 million usd, and 49 million from italy.

ken评论： 来自大陆的瓷砖在香港可以和意大利、西班牙的产品分庭抗礼。在其他地方也有这么高的市场份额？

ken’s comments. in terms of market share in hong kong, made-in-china tiles even had the upper hand in its competition with italy and spain. how about the performance in other overseas markets?

2.山西。首届山西·阳城（国际）陶瓷博览交易会于8月18日至21日，在山西省阳城县举行。展会期间，观展人数突破6万人次，邀请了国内外一百余家知名品牌展示最优秀、最新潮的产品，吸引了全球17个国家的专业采买团前来采买交易。

shanxiprovince. the first shanxi / yangcheng ceramics exhibition took place in midaugust in yangcheng county, shanxi province. according to the organizers, 60thousand visitors, including the professional purchasing delegations from 17countries, attended the event to see themost updated products showcased by more than 170 brand-owners .

3.江西，泛高安产区。截至目前，产区内大概已有1100台压机正在运转，其中，95%以上是科达洁能和恒力泰的压机。未来，除了新增大板生产线需要吨位更大的压机外，目前已有的压机可以满足当前的所有生产需要。对于新增压机的需求并不是很大，提供维修和售后服务被认为相关企业未来在这个产区的主要工作。

gao’an production zone, jiangxi province. according tothe most updated information, about 1100 press machines are in operation, ofwhich 95% are made by keda clean energy and henglitai , or hlt. it’s predicted that in future theincumbent machines can meet all the needs of production except that the bigpanel production requires higher tonnage machines. with the limited needs for new press, maitanence andafter-sales services are considered as the future main job in this area.

评论： 中国陶瓷产能下行，对一般的陶瓷压机需求增长空间不大了。对应我们上一期的信息，国内的陶瓷设备制造商看来也是要往外走寻找新机会。

ken’scomments. can we well conclude that the growth opportunity for ordinary pressmachines is quite limited as the production capacity is going down inchina? if you remember the informationwe provided in previous sessions, the machinery and equipment makers are going outbound for their gold mines.

4.瓷砖出口。 一季度，我国墙地砖累计出口313.2万吨，占全部出口的76.5%，增长2.3%，出口额接近9亿美元，占全部出口额的24%，下降8.7%。

tile export. the 1stquarter of 2018 has seen the total export of wall and floor tiles at 3.1 million tons, or 76.5% of total export, with the growth rate at 2.3% ; or, valuewise, less than 900 million usd, or 24% of total export at the decrease rate of 8.7%.

评论：这是一个矛盾吗？墙地砖出口重量/数量增长， 金额下跌，简单换算之后，就是同样重量的瓷砖，平均价格下降了10%。从占比而言，也是数量比例大，金额比例小。一句话，附加值低，总体处于价值链条的下游。

ken’s comments. a paradox？ the quantity , volume or weight of tiles increase while the export revenues are going down. after simple maths, we see the average price go down by 10% for the same weight of tiles. from the angle of proportion, you will see a high percentage of volume and a low percentage of amount. in short, the ceramic tile export in china is still stranded in the low end of the value chain, because the value-added is simply very low.
